Foundations

A series of 6 sessions designed to familiarize clients with the basic movements that encountered in our group programming. Completing a foundation workshop must be done prior to joining our CrossFit classes in order to establish a base level of proper technique in the typical movements and exercises used in Pro Vita’s programming. This keeps sessions shorter by reducing time spent on the front end teaching exercise technique.

The Foundation session programming repeats every two weeks.
