CrossFit

CrossFit is a pillar of Pro Vita’s programming and class schedule. By definition, CrossFit programming emphasizes constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. CrossFit Pro Vita classes are available throughout the day, six days a week. Each day a Workout of the Day (WOD) is prescribed for all of the CrossFit classes. Each WOD is posted to our main website here as well as our Facebook page.

After completing a 6-session Foundations workshop where clients learn a series of fundamental movements for all of Pro Vita’s group classes, clients are welcome to sign up for one of several CrossFit memberships and attend any of the CrossFit classes that run throughout each day.
